A classically trained actress, experienced reader, panelist, public speaker and workshop presenter, Leanna has been a guest around the country, from high schools to college programs, public and private schools, libraries, book clubs, writer's groups and countless national conventions. Live readings from her books have become an audience favourite. Her workshops, including the popular "Direct Your Book: Theatrical Techniques to a Blockbuster Novel” have been presented at over thirty different writers groups nationwide as well as library associations. She has lectured at institutions such as New York University and directed literary adaptation workshops for such programs as The Guthrie Theatre and The International Thespian Festival.
